House is the place that we can let our body after tired from work, house is also a place for us to gather with other member of family during the free time. Having a sport facility in our house such as swimming pool, large yard to jogging or playing football or basketball, and maybe gym spot in our house will be very nice idea. More people will be lazy to having sport in their daily life. And the reason is simple, lazy or maybe have no time. But hey guys, you can do it step by step from the simple facilities, a large yard, swimming pool and a mini gym spot. You can enjoy the fresh air after you have jogging in the morning, you can feel the fresh water after you went back from work, and even, fitness will be the fun activity to your family at the weekend. Beside it cheap, you can also make your family healthy.
