Therefore, it is very essential for developer/contractors and architects to know the minimum safety level for a building.

Usually, different states may have different requirements of the minimum safety level even though others have the same requirements. The difference evokes because the requirements are adjusted with the condition of the local state especially if in the states, earthquake often happens. College students majoring in architecture must know about this so after they achieve their degree and work, they won’t make hazardous problem due to their lack of knowledge. Moreover, applying Building Codes on their building will improve their image on building skyscrapers. It’s clear because they are more reliable than others who don’t apply the minimum requirements. Remembering that each state may have different requirements and they are also being updated, it is essential for contractors to enrich and update their knowledge on the information. To obtain the information, they may purchase books of building code of each state.

Once we want to win a tender of a big project, unique and exclusive design is not the only consideration but level of safety is also an essential consideration. Therefore, to make sure that our design fulfills the minimum requirements of safety level of building in a state, we need to understand the minimum requirements of safety building in a state. Knowing the building code of each state also eases us in expanding our business to other states because we know the building standard on the state. Furthermore, we have to bear in mind that there is no the best building except that which fulfills at least the minimum requirements.
